| Recent Contracts South Canal Bank, Clydebank Work were part of regeneration of canal bank and market square in Clydebank. Responsibilities were to provide qualified and skilled operatives for hard and soft landscaping works and also provide plant operators as required. Works were to lay precast and natural stone paving, kerbs and setts. Works also included tree planting, turfing and planting. Works at Clydebank were undertaken in an environmental and public sensitive area. Works had to be programmed, notified and executed correctly to minimise disruption to those around. Contract Value £75k Bank St Basin, Coatbridge Works were to infill old canal basin and landscape using precast materials, Resin bound gravel surface dressing, soft works and multiple art pieces and sculptures. Responsibilities were to provide qualified and trained site operatives to carry out all requirements for the contract. Canal basin was located between two railway bridges which were under refurbishment during the contract. Regular liaison meetings and procedures were established to ensure all works could progress continuously. Contract Value £160k Alloa Train Station Works entailed hard landscaping works to new train station at Alloa. Contract package included hard and soft landscaping including installation of natural stone paving and steps. Works were undertaken during construction of the new train station in Alloa town centre. Daily liaison and programming were required for both contracts to be completed on time and delay free. Contract Value £150k |
